What is the role of a
mentor?

A mentor needs to have a variety of other qualities to help the mentee truly learn and grow. A mentor must be passionate about helping. Without that passion, the experience will be poor and the mentorship program will be seen as ineffective. Passion cannot be taught, but other qualities needed in a mentor can.
Here are 5 qualities that mentors should bring to their relationship.
